Naim Issa, M.D., F.A.S.N.
 Assistant Professor of Medicine Dr. Naim Issa earned his medical degree from Saint Joseph's University School of Medicine in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed an internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and a renal transplant fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He received numerous honors and awards including recognition by the American Society of Transplantation as a Distinguished Transplant Fellow for his research in the area of kidney transplantation and he was inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology. His clinical focus is kidney and pancreas transplantation. His research interests include highly sensitized kidney transplant recipients and kidney transplant outcomes.
