Nurse Practitioner

Floyd Johnson is a nurse practitioner who received his graduate degree from

the University of Kentucky. He is recognized by the American Nurses

Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Floyd has

previous nursing experience in acute care dialysis, cardiothoracic surgery,

and the cardiothoracic intensive care unit. His main areas of interest

include; Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Hypertension.
