Assistant Professor of Medicine


Dr. Manske joined the University of Minnesota School of Medicine staff in 1986. She currently directs the Adult Dialysis Unit at the University of Minnesota Hospital as well as the Outpatient Dialysis Unit at the Fairview-University Riverside Campus. Dr. Manske has served as the site coordinator for the Medicine sub-internship at the University Hospital site since 1995. Her research interest is vascular disease in chronic renal failure patients and transplant recipients. She has given a number of invited lectures at national and international meetings on this topic and has served on the National Kidney Foundation Task Force for Vascular Disease in 1998 as well as the NIH-ESRD ad hoc Advisory Panel for Renal Research in 1997. Her primary responsibilities are the clinical practice of general nephrology and transplant medicine. She was listed in Best Doctors in America Central Region in 1996-1997 and Best Doctors in America: National in 1999-2000 and 2000-01.
