Biography
Dr. Weber received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Minnesota.He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He returned to the University of Minnesota for fellowship training in Nephrology. His clinical focus is on improving chronic disease management of chronic kidney disease throughout the Fairview Health System. Other clinical interests include home hemodialysis and acute and chronic kidney disease in the setting of solid organ and bone marrow transplantation.
