Here in the midst of two world-class cities -- Minneapolis and St. Paul—-- you have exceptional career, cultural and recreational opportunities.

A major national center for business, agribusiness, medicine, technology, media, and performing arts.

Professional sports—-- the Vikings, the Twins, the Timberwolves, the Wild, the Lynx.

Abundant lakes, rivers, and parks for hiking, biking, canoeing, windsurfing, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, you name it.

Fantastic concerts and performances—-- everything from the Minnesota Orchestra and the Herbie Hancock Quartet to Dave Matthews, Outkast, Bruce Springsteen, and Ani DiFranco.

Fun, funky campus neighborhoods with clubs, coffee shops, bookstores, restaurants.

Searching for an apartment? If you go to the classifieds in the startribune you'll see a link right there for ‘"find an apartment"  or go through the Universities relocation agency - complete with a packet of information sent right to your door and a contact person giving you information via phone/email or fax to help you find a neighborhood that fits your needs.  The relocation agency also helps you locate and secure childcare- feel free to contact me if you'd like information on this service and I'll send you the packet of people to contact!  There are various free services in the Twin Cities that will help you locate an apartment also, again- feel free to email me if you'd like more information on these!

See something missing? Let me know! Email: sarah@umn.edu I'll be glad to add it.
