Employee Recognition Program

Each day, our actions influence others and demonstrate the department’s mission, vision, and values on a personal level.  Whether it’s in a classroom, laboratory, clinic, hospital, office or cubicle, you’ll find examples of hard work that exemplifies these traits.  Now, it’s time to acknowledge these efforts.  

At the end of each month, two Employee Recognition Awards will be given out—one for staff and one for faculty, fellows, and residents.  All department of surgery employees will be able to nominate another employee in the department, including the Surgical Administrative Center, using the program nomination form (see attached pdf file).
