Residency Training Programs
DEPARTMENT OF THERAPEUTIC RADIOLOGY TRAINING PROGRAMS The Department of Therapeutic Radiology-Radiation Oncology has several training programs. The four-year ACGME accredited Medical Residency program consists of six training slots. The Department of Therapeutic Radiology-Radiation Oncology also offers a two-year Medical Physics Residency program, one of the few medical physics residency programs in the U.S. accredited by CAMPEP (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Educational Programs). University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, administers the Radiation Therapy School which offers both certification and baccalaureate degrees.
