Why I chose the University of Minnesota Medical School

I chose the University of Minnesota because of the great resources it has for it's students and being close to family. The physicians associated with the University really care about developing socially competent and capable physicians, and if there's something you're interested in, you have the opportunity to seek out experiences to explore it. When considering a medical school, it's also extremely important to be comfortable, and the medical school community is extremely welcoming and makes you feel like you're at home here.
