Why I chose the University of Minnesota Medical School

So many reasons. The UMN is a high quality medical institution, in one of the best and most diverse cities in the Midwest. I felt so welcomed during my interview day, and even more on Second Look. When it came to choosing, I was torn between staying close to home, or going out-of- state. In the end, I vibed with the Twin-Cities- life and was eager to experience what it is like to live somewhere different. Now as student, I continue to feel welcomed, supported, and grateful to be here.
