Faculty members published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine

Melissa Walls, Ph.D., and Emily Onello, M.D., along with two other authors published “Unconscious Biases: Racial Microaggressions in American Indian Health Care” in the March-April issue of the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine. Their research reports on the prevalence and correlates of microaggressive experiences in health care settings reported by American Indian adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Support the University of Minnesota Medical School Duluth

Did you know that you can continue to make a difference after your lifetime by including the University of Minnesota Foundation in your estate plan?

Here are three ways to support the University of Minnesota Medical School Duluth:

  • Leave a specified dollar amount or a percentage of your estate to the University of Minnesota 
    Foundation (UMF) through your will or living trust.
  • Name UMF as a beneficiary of your retirement plan account or a life insurance policy.
  • Arrange a gift that will provide payments to you or others.
