RPAP

RPAP is a nine-month, community-based educational experience for University of Minnesota third-year medical students who live and train in rural communities. RPAP students experience hands-on learning as they care for patients of all ages.

To apply for the 2012-13 RPAP class, click on the link Application for the 2012-13 Class to download application.

Applications are due December 2, 2011.  Interviews are scheduled on the Twin Cities and Duluth medical school campuses in December 2011 through early February 2012. Class selection will occur by mid-February 2012.

Rural Observation Experience (ROE)

ROE is a two or three day experience during which students observe the life of a rural physician. Incoming first- and second-year medical students at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Twin Cities campus, are eligible.
