Catalog Description: The course is intended to introduce students to the multidisciplinary field of hospice care. The rotation will be based out of AccentCare Fairview Hospice - West. Primarily students will spend the rotation working with the hospice care consult team; seeing hospice patients with physicians and other practitioners on the multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, social workers, and spiritual health providers.
