Job Responsibilities: Directs the administrative functions of the day-to-day operations of the Rural & Metropolitan Physician Associate Programs and leads the office team; collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to initiate and implement affiliations and build relationships; organizes and oversees recruitment, orientation, and site visits for learners; ensures a complete and up-to-date database for academic research, record keeping, and communication; plans and manages fiscal responsibilities; and represents the program in the University and to the public.
